Au del\u00e1 de ses responsabilit\u00e9s, le B\u00e2tonnier Alex KABINDA appel\u00e9 affectueusement \" EQUALIZEUR\"  a su faire preuve d' un sens \u00e9lev\u00e9 de coll\u00e9gialit\u00e9 et de solidarit\u00e9 professionnelles. Son appui , toujours prompt et constructif a contribu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ciable \u00e1 la consolidation de l' unit\u00e9 de l' Ordre et au rayonnement de notre profession.  Par son \u00e9coute , sa rigueur, mais aussi par sa disponibilit\u00e9, il a su incarner les valeurs d' un B\u00e2tonnier engag\u00e9, soucieux de l' int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la profession et du bon fonctionnement de nos institutions ordinales. En lui rendant un hommage m\u00e9rit\u00e9,  je lui exprime ma gratitude pour le chemin parcouru et lui formule le voeu que son exemple continue \u00e0 inspirer les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00e1 venir.
