{"id":133,"date":"2022-10-14T18:06:29","date_gmt":"2022-10-14T16:06:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/barreaudutanganyika.org\/index.php\/2025\/09\/15\/hello-world-3\/"},"modified":"2025-09-25T13:38:50","modified_gmt":"2025-09-25T11:38:50","slug":"hello-world-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/barreaudutanganyika.org\/index.php\/2022\/10\/14\/hello-world-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Tanganyika\u00a0: le B\u00e2tonnier Alex Kabinda \u00e9lu pour un second mandat \u00e0 la t\u00eate du Barreau"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le barreau du Tanganyika a tenu une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ordinaire et \u00e9lective ce mardi 11 octobre 2022, dans la salle des pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e provinciale du Tanganyika.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le vote, Alex Kabinda Ngoy a \u00e9t\u00e9 proclam\u00e9 \u00e9lu \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 pour un second mandat, soit 33 votes pour 33 votants ayant compos\u00e9 le quorum des avocats pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans sa premi\u00e8re prise de parole, le B\u00e2tonnier r\u00e9\u00e9lu a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses remerciements aux avocats qui n\u2019ont cess\u00e9 de lui marquer leur confiance et consid\u00e9ration depuis sa premi\u00e8re prise de pouvoir en 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce second mandat de trois ans, le B\u00e2tonnier Alex Kabinda pense travailler dur avec l\u2019ensemble de ses confr\u00e8res pour que la construction de la maison du barreau soit entam\u00e9e et acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e, car il s\u2019agit d\u2019une premi\u00e8re et importante priorit\u00e9 du corps au Tanganyika.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a en outre signal\u00e9 que le processus de formation des avocats sur diff\u00e9rentes th\u00e9matiques professionnelles sera renforc\u00e9 afin que le Barreau du Tanganyika se sente davantage fier des avocats qui le composent, de par leur prestation et la maitrise de leur code d\u2019\u00e9thique et d\u00e9ontologie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale a aussi abrit\u00e9 les \u00e9lections de cinq membres du conseil de l\u2019ordre, qui sont venus remplacer leurs confr\u00e8res qui avaient atteint le sommet de leur mandat. Parmi les membres du conseil de l\u2019ordre \u00e9lus, l\u2019on retient Ma\u00eetre Vianney Birhaheka, Ma\u00eetre Thony Lubuli, Ma\u00eetre Fran\u00e7ois Kandolo, Ma\u00eetre Alain Kasoga et Ma\u00eetre Paulin Katolelwa. Ces avocats ont remplac\u00e9 Ma\u00eetre Bienvenu Kalonda N\u2019sizi, Ma\u00eetre Jean-Vianney AKILIMALI, Ma\u00eetre John Lupaka, Ma\u00eetre R\u00e9gine Mariamu et Ma\u00eetre Johnson Kasongo Salumu, anciens membres du Conseil de l\u2019Ordre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une r\u00e9union du conseil est projet\u00e9e dans les jours qui viennent, \u00e0 travers laquelle le B\u00e2tonnier rendra publiques
